This photograph of farmland in the Conwy Valley was taken on a circular walk that leads from St Mary, Caer Rhun to Ty’n-y-groes and back via Pontwgan. Following the photographs in sequence the walker will have approached here from behind the viewpoint. From this point, Cefn Isaf, until the public footpath reaches the road at Pontwgan (a distance of about one kilometre) the walker will need to be careful as to the route they take because, although it is way-marked all the markers are facing the opposite direction!
