This view shows clearly the shuttering over the lower floor windows. The inside has been gutted but the pub is due to be re-equipped and open under a different brewery. Things can only get better for this pub, it has a prime position by the Staffs & Worcs Canal and should be doing really well. Unfortunately the interior, although partly improved, was not very attractive and some of the people who went through its doors even less so. See also:- Image
