The name of the field according to Hurstpierpoint's 1842 tithe map that was split in two by the 1997 construction of the A2300, the southern part is now Image The field lies to the south east of Image Unfortunately, my inner seven year old was disappointed to find there was no neighbouring field with the prefix 'Big'.
