Looking west across London Road towards the Cecil Court offices complex. In the background is a block of flats off Sydney Road which was the location of a serious fire in a ninth floor flat in April 2014, which was attended by eight fire engines. http://www.enfieldindependent.co.uk/news/11180205.Building_evacuated_after_ninth_floor_fire/?ref=mr The residual smoke and fire blackening can be seen top right of the building.
