The paddling pool at the Upper Green in Tettenhall is currently closed for refurbishment. Originally a duck pond this was converted in the 1930s into a paddling pool at the expense of the Graham family, the owners of the Express and Star. As children my brother and I raced our toy yachts on this pool.
