In mid July 2014, there is a For Sale board on the Stow Hill building opposite St Woolos Cathedral. Metal sheeting protects ground floor windows. Notices state that all items of value have been removed. The pub had not long ago been renamed. For decades, it was the Six Bells. http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/1596157
