By W.B. Starr & Hall, 1928-29, for the Nottingham Permanent Building Society. The initials and date are inscribed in the cartouche at the top. Seemingly empty at the time, being advertised as a retail or restaurant opportunity. The flags were probably in aid of the Olympics.
