Vint Crescent, Lexden is a totally unspoiled arc of 1930’s houses. From the beginning there has been some sort of contractual control on the residents to prevent them altering the look of the properties. It is only in relatively recent times TV aerials have been allowed. I am surprised film producers are not queuing up to use it for location filming. Maybe it is the same legal caveats?
