Jingles at 34-36 Torwood Street is a Tex Mex restaurant. Tex Mex (a portmanteau of Texan and Mexican) describes regional American cuisine that blends food products available in the USA and the culinary creations of Mexican-Americans, influenced by Mexican cuisine. An example of Tex Mex food is chili con carne.
