Riding up on to the Silvertown Flyover is as near as one gets to a hill in Docklands. This was the third stage of the 2014 Tour de France between Cambridge and London. The first two riders had gone through and so had the peloton, while this rearguard cyclist was caught up with the support cars. This is coming along Silvertown Way and approaching the flyover.
