Brick and stone, rounding the corner at King Street. Three gables spaced too widely. By E.R. Sutton, 1899. Grade II listed. Ground floor was occupied by an Italian restaurant, Frankie & Benny's; offices above. Sandwiched between two Watson Fothergill buildings: Image] and Image
