Not as old as it looks or pretends to be. The three nearest gables are original, beyond that all is C19th, but everything was given a make-over by D.G. Millet, 1936, for Trust Houses. A date of 1483 appears, but in fact very little is earlier than C18th. Grade II listed. Now shops.
