The new fire station with training facilities is the start of Phase 2 of the business park. It is currently at an early stage of construction but is expected to be completed early in 2015. The developers are St. Modwen Properties of Birmingham, who are regeneration specialists. The site is on surplus former railway land. The fire station will replace the current one in Copenhagen Street Worcester. It will be operated by Hereford & Worcester Fire & Rescue Service. Image
