Directly opposite Middle Farm, Bilton Village Hall and Parish Council Office, 1983, with bright-red plastic portico, by Rex Critchlow of Pye & Partners, Grimsby. The hall was opened in May 1985 after many years of fund-raising. This new hall, replacing one of the 1930s, was built on part of the Memorial Playing Field, which had been bought by the parish council in 1948 to commemorate the Second World War dead.
