Another ex-pub, this time demolished. When alive: Image Richard Law has contacted me with the following information. Many thanks. The Tayleur Arms was demolished in the middle of last year, following a serious fire in mid March. The landlord's family, all their residents and the dog escaped without injury, but the place was beyond repair. There's been quite a lot of talk about it in local press & radio (and the inevitable Facebook page apparently) and the insurers have recently agreed to pay for the rebuild. They hope to be open again in Oct 2015, give or take a bit.
