Gates on the Granite Way

Image: © Derek Harper Taken: 24 Jun 2014

Things have changed since Image was taken, and this section of the cycle route along the old railway line was opened in late 2013 https://www.devonnewscentre.info/granite-way-cycle-trail-complete/ . The notice warns that if the gates are closed, livestock is being moved across the route - "please be patient". Taken from a path which links the Way to the A386 at the bridge, nearly 200 metres away - there's no direct correspondence by the bridge.
