View southward, towards Cholsey. The ex-GWR branch from Cholsey & Moulsford ceased its passenger service from 15/6/59 (goods 13/9/65), but remained to this point short of the terminus until 1981 to serve a Maltings. Meanwhile the last half-mile was built over and after the heritage C&WR acquired the line in 1985 they have had to use this makeshift site as the terminus.
