On the double corner of Penny Meadow with Henrietta Street and Cowhill Lane, Commercial Buildings Image is now the offices of New Charter the landlords who took over the former local council housing stock. The bottom end of Cowhill Lane is now blocked off by the recently constructed Northern bypass road.
