This is the original Launceston Chamber of Trade President's chain of office. Made in the early 1930's, the ribbon carries the names of all holders of the position since that date. The organisation is still in existence today and is known as Launceston Chamber of Commerce. This item is now in the care of Launceston's Lawrence House Museum
