I can be sure that this is the farm house at Eastertown because there is a sign at the entrance to say so. It would be easy to overlook it because it is surrounded by trees. It is available for holiday lets - see http://selfcatering.travel/eastertown and I notice that the photograph has been taken when there were no leaves on the deciduous trees, making it look much more open.
