Denver windmill - Blackstone diesel engine

A six storey tower mill with adjoining steam mill. The steam engine was replaced by this Blackstone single cylinder diesel with spring injection. Installed in 1932 and developing 45 bhp at 250 rpm. It ran until 1969 supplying power for the milling plant, engineering workshop and all the electric lighting on site. It was later restored and restarted in 1998. I saw it after a period of inactivity but it is intended to restart it soon. The main windmill has lost its sails following structural failure and is awaiting significant funding for its repair.
