Between Nos.31 & 33 Field Street, court housing, Nos.1 to 10 Ormington Villas. At the end of the court is the side elevation of No.6 Western Villas, Franklin Street. Formerly Prospect Place, it was renamed in 1909 after William Field, a prominent seed merchant, grocer and tea merchant. His daughter, Esther Ellen, married Thomas Robinson Ferens, Liberal MP for East Hull, 1906-18.
