Bactrian Camel (Camelus bactrianus) The camels at Blackpool Zoo are the Asian species having two humps instead of one. The male at the zoo is named Sid; the females are Natalie and Lucy and the young females are Tibet and Karamay. The young male is called Karnali. (Information taken from a board at the zoo).
