See http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/4020509 for location. Edit: Revisited in August 2020 and noticed a feature that I missed first time round, but is clear in the picture. The Flush bracket clearly replaced an earlier cut mark, the remains of which, filled in, can just be seen to the left of the plate, with essentially exactly the same height.
