This is on the corner of a building owned by Gonville and Caius College at the southern end of Trinity Street. The ground floor is now used by a gift shop. Harvey graduated from Gonville and Caius in 1597. He was the first to describe completely and in detail the systemic circulation and properties of blood being pumped to the brain and body by the heart, though others had been developing the concept before him.
