Introduction
The photograph on this page of Esher station platforms by Stephen Craven as part of the Geograph project.

A view from the up platform of Esher railway station, showing in the foreground the disused steps from the rarely used central platform which have been superseded by a modern footbridge in the distance. The footbridge can be more clearly seen in Ian Yarham's photo Image which also gives a history of the station.
