Catford bus garage was opened in May 1914 by the London General Omnibus Company but with a reduced requirement for buses during the First War was converted for use by the Royal Army Service Corps less than a year later. It was re-opened in 1920 by the Thomas Tilling company and has remained open ever since. It is currently owned by Stagecoach.
