This property is for sale for £k485. It is advertised as " Ye Olde English House" but I think it is probably "The Sun" which shut in the 1960s. It is at the turn off to Ryall at Sun Lane. At present a pet grooming establishment, it still has what looks like the frame for a pub sign attached to the wall. Update 12/07/2015 now under offer, guide price dropped to £365k.
