Early C18, one of a terrace of three, having on the west side unbarred sash windows with twisted iron columns separating the lights dating from the C19. There is also a C19 fire insurance mark of the Northern Assurance Company on the frontage (dated post 1836). Listed Grade II. https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1108185
