To the best of my knowledge this building was a speculative development of the 1970’s, the offices of which have always been occupied by what was then known as “the Broo” (“Jobs and Benefits” in the 21st century). It follows the curve of Bow Street and is one of the surviving examples of the concrete panel school of architecture – see also Image and Image Now known as 71 Bow Street. This view is from Antrim Street.
