The old Southcote Manor House was a 17th century building which was demolished in 1921. All that remains now is this retaining wall and a section of the moat, seen to best advantage from this angle. The surrounding area is now all suburban housing as seen in the background. The building now occupying the site retains the Southcote Manor name but is otherwise unremarkable Image
