The blue sign shows that what was a bus lane is now a 2+ lane, which can be used by cars with at least 2 people in them, as well as buses, coaches, HGVs, taxis, motor bikes, bicycles and authorised vehicles. When you subtract that lot from traffic, the other 2 lanes are basically for cars with only the driver in them. I wondered where the busiest part of this road is in the rush hour...
