View southward from Platform 3 (Up Fast Line), ex-LB&SCR main line (joint with ex-SE&CR as far as Redhill) London - Brighton etc. main line, junction of ex-SE&CR branches to Caterham and to Tattenham Corner; the latter are on the left here (Platforms 5 and 6) and can be seen curving left, the Tattenham Corner line branching further on to the right and running under the main line.
