The church, across the square and half hidden by trees, is dedicated to St Mary. It is a grade II listed building dating from the 11th century but alterations were made to it in the 14th, 15th, 16th and 19th centuries http://www.britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/en-353127-church-of-st-mary-tollesbury-essex
