Grade II* Listed house built for Richard Nash in 1605; he died during construction and it passed to his son John. It had additions and alterations around 1674 when Richard Nash of Droitwich inherited it from John. Alderman John Hughes bought the house in 1689. Restoration was carried out in the 20th century.
