The area around Parson Street Station is more or less one huge roundabout for the A38; this junction is at the northern corner, where traffic for Bedminster and the city centre peels away along West Street (left). It's busy, and drivers need to keep their wits about them to get into the correct lane. The advertising hoardings on the right indicate that there is often a captive audience of stationary vehicles, especially during rush hours.
