This is Grade II* Listed as part of Image and 30 New street as they were built as one house in 1577 for Richard Durant and William Blagden. 29 New Street was built as an annexe in the 1670s. Further rebuilding was carried out around 1801 as a result of a fire in the 1790s. Gables were removed in the 1850s and more restoration in 1956.
