On the right, is a building identified as “factory” on the map but which appeared to be derelict. Beyond it the High Lighthouse, a grade II listed building dating from 1818. It was designed by Daniel Asher Alexander for General Rebow; the contractor was John Rennie the Elder http://www.britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/en-366663-high-lighthouse-harwich-essex
