The farmhouse (also known as Kitlow) is a Grade II listed building http://www.britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/en-182301-kitlow-or-kitchlow-farmhouse-and-barn-ad with a date stone inscribed: '1676 AS'. A public footpath passes through the farmyard past the house.
