The site spreads over 100 acres and comprises four fishing lakes, wood and fenlands. There are also two small weir pools (one of which was for the sawmill made more than 300 years ago), three walks for the paying public, self-catering accommodation for fishermen and a newly renovated visitor centre selling fishing tackle.
