A little history, I collected the old card train tickets till they were generally removed in 1988, and Shortlands had one of the largest set of older ones (before they printed them in red ink) than anywhere else on the Southern Region, who uniquely used portrait format pre-printed tickets, while all others (besides the special promotion ones in the late 80s) where used were printed on the machine in the station to order. As a result this was a regular visit before it was too late to get any more.
