Mardyke Way

This is the Mardyke Way, a permissive bridleway that runs from Orsett Fen to Ship Lane a total of 11km. To the right is Brannetts Wood which is one of the oldest recorded ancient woodlands in this part of Essex. After the bend is Low Well Wood. The shot was taken looking towards Ship Lane.
