The remains have been stabilised by English Heritage in the summer of 2013 http://www.english-heritage.org.uk/caring/heritage-at-risk/case-studies/frith-hall 'Frith Hall was built in the late medieval period as a monastic grange (an outlying estate or farm) belonging to the Augustinian Priory at Cartmel'. Not to be confused with another Cumbrian Frith Hall Image
