This is the Burrows Place side of Queens Buildings, http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/3954322 formerly the premises of Burgess and Co Ltd, shipping agents. Each ground floor window shows the company name and a business with which they dealt. In view are Shell International Marine, Esso Petroleum Co Ltd and Statoil. There are many similar windows.
