On the corner of Cambrian Place and Burrows Place, formerly the premises of Burgess and Co, shipping agents. Their name remains on ground floor windows, along with some of the companies with which they did business, such as The Maersk Line, Rowbotham Tankships Ltd and Esso Petroleum Co Ltd.
