The red brick building dressed with Portland stone was the Outpatients Department of the Royal Infirmary. Built 1905-8, it is a Grade II listed building (English Heritage Building ID: 388347 http://www.britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/en-388347-former-lodge-and-iron-railings-fronting- British Listed Buildings)
