Coulter Community Hall is situated just off the A702 about 3 miles south of Biggar and is situated adjacent to the primary school in the heart of the village. The hall comprises a main hall with stage, large kitchen, toilets and a large car park. The hall is used by the primary school for physical education and drama along with local functions and events. The main hall is 148sqm in area and can accommodate up to 228 people in concert style seating or 165 for catered functions. Although this hall has a large kitchen it can only be used for small catered functions and by customers to provide their own teas and coffees.
