A Giro d’Italia poster at Essex Grove Image on the Ormeau Road. The reference is to John Boyd Dunlop Image inventor of the pneumatic tyre and a bicycle race held in 1889 at North’s rugby and cricket ground (now redeveloped with housing) on the other side of the road.
