Not a rain gauge in Trefil

From a distance, the small metal structure on a concrete base looked like a rain gauge. It is about the right size, but there is a cover bolted onto its top, so it isn't an operating rain gauge. If the sheep had any information, they weren't saying. Viewed from Trefil Road.
