Located in front of the Gilfach Goch Community Council offices, at the junction of High Street and Coronation Road. The dedication is in Welsh and English. The English text is: This memorial is dedicated to the miners of Gilfach Goch and their families, who laboured to win the precious coal from the bowels of the earth.
